Amalgamated 6 apartments in the heart of New Farm, with views to the city and river. Bluebird proved up the development potential and negotiated the deal.

8 luxury apartments with an end value of $10 million. These beautiful homes will connect with the river and attract the local downsizer market.

Construction of 2 new homes, plus a house renovation, with an end value of $2 million. The project was rented quickly following completion and held as a long term investment.
Bronson St, Bridgeman Downs
Youngcare
Two x 4-bedroom houses for occupants with high-care needs. The land was gifted to Youngcare, who appointed a consultant team to obtain development approval.
Service Station, Traveston Private Developer
Service station and retail with an end value of $20 million. The centre will be managed by Chevron and it will be home to major retail tenants, including McDonalds and Beefys.

109 apartments with an end value of $85 million. Only minutes to both the beach and Kawana Shopping World, this site is one of the best on the coast.
