Queen’s Wharf Residences
Destination Brisbane Consortium
670 apartments with an end value of approximately $650 million; 64-storey Queen’s Wharf Residences, part of the $3.6b Queen’s Wharf integrated resort development.
The Paint Factory, Yeronga Montague Developments
180 apartments and the revitalization of existing factory buildings, with a mix of internal and external gallery spaces, performance stages and studios, and architectural homes.
Pier, Newstead
Mirvac
99 luxury apartments with an end value of $300 million. Achieved record sale prices for Brisbane and the 2011 UDIA Awards for Excellence Finalist (High Density Development).
Park, Newstead
Mirvac
102 apartments with ground floor retail and an end value of $100 million. Part of the ‘Waterfront Newstead’ master-planned development and $2bn urban renewal precinct.
Unison, Newstead

290 apartments, ground floor retail and an end value of approximately $200 million. Achieved 2017 UDIA Awards for Excellence Finalist (High Density Development) & 2018 PCA Awards for Innovation and Excellence Finalist (Best Residential Development).

216 apartments with an end value of approximately $140 million. Located on the Brisbane River, adjacent the Queensland Tennis Centre and surrounding parklands. Awards include: 2010 UDIA Awards for Excellence Winner (Urban Renewal).
The Yards, Bowen Hills

Located within major urban renewal project Brisbane RNA Showgrounds. With an end value of approximately $220 million, The Yards comprises 401 apartments, ground floor retail uses and a gourmet supermarket.
Hayes Village, London
Barratt London
1300 apartments, public park, and community facilities with an end value of $676 million. This site was the former Nestle Factory and some of the existing warehouses were re-purposed for residential and civic uses.
Lombard Wharf, London
Barratt London
134 apartments and ground floor retail, with an end value of $203 million. House Builders Awards: Best Design, Winner of Evening Standard’s Awards for Outstanding Architecture and Resi Awards: Development of the Year.
Upton Gardens, London
Barratt London
842 apartments and ground floor retail with an end value of $645 million. This site was previously the home of the West Ham Football stadium and was a catalyst for urban renewal for the East London borough.
