Introducing Great Property News

Bluebird Property Partners in collaboration with Urbaine Communications, are excited to announce the launch of a new platform on LinkedIn and Instagram – Great Property News.

Great Property News is a new forum and opportunity for everyone – property professional or not –  to focus on the wins that are still taking place in our industry. There are countless new initiatives and adaptions that are coming to the forefront and we felt there was a real need to provide the platform to showcase these.

‘Over the past couple of months, we have seen an overwhelming level of media surrounding COVID-19. We appreciate the need for this important news and information, and our hearts go out to everyone that has been affected.’

‘We felt there was a need to bring some positivity back into our feeds and turn the focus back on to some of the great things that are taking place in the property space.’

– Riye Arai-Coupe, Bluebird Property Partners

Over the past couple of months, we have seen some fantastic new adaptions of real estate and property businesses. One example we’ve seen is the Ballistic Brewery turning their bar into a drive through bottleshop. Another is the step up in the application and quality of virtual tours and online auctions.

We’ve seen businesses pivot, DAs still being lodged, construction projects get underway, and have seen leading experts sharing a much more optimistic outlook than mainstream media.

‘We are passionate about the role we have as industry professionals, and the well-being of our peers and industry at large.’

‘Great Property News is a place to inspire, share great stories and keep spirits high.’
