Business and Project Marketing Manager
As the Business and Project Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the strategy and objectives of both the business and our residential project marketing campaigns.
Bluebird is a rapidly growing, multi-faceted business with a focus on both development consultancy as well as in house boutique development partnerships. As such the Business and Project Marketing Manager will be required to establish holistic marketing strategies and campaigns to both generate success for our business, but also for our client’s residential projects.

The Candidate:
Demonstrated skills in both business marketing as well as project marketing.
Preferable - Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications and/or related field.
Proficiency with Squarespace, Wordpress, Mailchimp, HTML coding, real estate advertising platforms, social media channels and social media advertising
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Highly engaged in innovation, research and understanding of market trends, activity and performance.

The Assistant Development Manager role is highly dynamic and as a growing business, we need someone to come on board who is both creative and innovative but is also very methodical and structured.

The Candidate:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, development, construction, project management, or similar.
Demonstrated 3 years’ experience working as an ADM.
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of residential projects through the construction stage.
Skills and experience with MS Office, Estate Master and MS Project, etc are advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Effective communication skills when dealing with external consultants, internal and external stakeholders.
